When our patients walk through the door, I want them to feel genuinely welcomed. I want them to have a sense of confidence in the people that are about to help them. Being a positive attitude when someone comes in, this is an upbeat place with positive solutions and maintenance to keep your smile beautiful for years to come. My favorite part is helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their appointment. A lot of people come in feeling very nervous, and I love to reassure my patients and see them leave with a smile. A lot goes on during an appointment, so teamwork is what keeps us all on track. From preparing the room to assisting the dentist, to checking in with the patients, it all runs smoothly when we work together. I think it starts with treating every patient the way I would want to be treated. Sometimes dentistry can feel intimidating, so I make it a priority to take the time to listen, explain what I’m doing, and make sure they’re comfortable. A smile, a calm presence, and genuine kindness go a long way in helping others feel at ease. When every patient walked through our door, I would like their first impression to be that they are greeted with a warm, genuine hello. They’re met with eye contact, cleanliness, professionalism. Patients want to feel at ease, and we are there to help them. I love creating a welcoming environment for our patients, being the first smile they see when entering our office. That means I get to help make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and confident about their visit. I love seeing patients year after year and watching those relationships grow. It’s so rewarding when someone trusts you with their care that maybe once was nervous about coming to their appointment, and now they actually look forward to their visits. We also get to celebrate their progress and even their life milestones together. It makes dentistry feel personal, not just clinical. Our office has such a family feel. Dr. Bell and our team truly care about every person who walks through the door. We focus on building trust, providing excellent care, and making sure patients never feel like they’re just another appointment. We’re a practice where patients feel genuinely cared for, not only for their smiles, but as people. We Make scheduling stress-free in our office. With our technology. Our technology makes it effortless to book an appointment in multiple ways by phone, online, text, email, or even in person. Our office does not close for lunch. We are here for our patients, and when you come for your visits, we try to make them stress-free by reducing any uncertainty with clear expectations about your treatment, how much time it will take, the cost, and what exactly to bring. I feel communication is the key. You’ll see the doctor. The doctor will prioritize everything for you. By the time you come back up to check out, we know what to schedule and when to schedule it. We’re even here from seven until five in case you need to come before work or during your lunch hour. If I had to sum up the practice in one sentence, I would say comfort and confidence in your smile.
