Comprehensive Examination

Your comprehensive examination will include an extra oral and initial oral examination. These exams include palpation of your TMJ “Jaw” Joint and common lymph nodes on your lower jaw and neck, a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also obtain intra oral photographs in addition to radiographs "x-rays", which includes a panoramic radiograph for proper diagnosis of all of your teeth as well as the adjacent structures or a full mouth series of radiographs which are required for proper diagnosis of decay on individual teeth.
